"In January of 2004, on a Sunday morning,
we lost our beloved dog Shadow in a tragic accident. My family was
devastated and I did not think it was possible to be consoled. My
husband and I were put in touch with a new facility located in Walton. This
facility was Heavenly Paws. The staff of Heavenly Paws were wonderful
to us, they seemed to feel our pain and were a great comfort to us.
They were kind, caring, and truly seemed to feel genuine sorrow at
the loss of our pet. They helped us decide on a memorial urn for
Shadow, it had to be special and reflect what he had meant to us as a family.
I left Heavenly Paws that snowy afternoon feeling comforted in our
loss and knowing that Shadow's last journey was in loving and caring
hands."
