The staff of Heavenly Paws were wonderful to us, they seemed to feel our pain and were a great comfort to us. They were kind, caring, and truly seemed to feel genuine sorrow at the loss of our pet. They helped us decide on a memorial urn for Shadow, it had to be special and reflect what he had meant to us as a family. I left Heavenly Paws that snowy afternoon feeling comforted in our loss and knowing that Shadow's last journey was in loving and caring hands."
