Eulogy for Babe Siller
May 31, 1991 ~ April 19, 2006 at 10:00 AM
How do write a eulogy for the most important being in my life?
Babe my constant companion.
My confidant.
My friend.
My love.
My life.
Babe has been apart of my energy for nearly 15 years.
She leaves Bill, her companion; Kathryn, Kristyn, Karolyn, & Toby, her cousins; Aunt Carole, Aunt Darlene, Uncle Eugene, Uncle Ron, Uncle Jim, & many other Aunts & Uncles.
She has seen me through many life changes;
loss of my life partner,
loss of my mother,
loss of my father,
and a loss of friends.
At each step she has been there to lift my spirits and lighten my load.
The joy of sharing my life with her is one of deep sincere appreciation for the comfort to my being.
Babe was a gift;
a gift of hope,
a gift of life,
and a gift of love.
I’ll never forget the first day I saw her sweet face, smiling up at me through the chain-linked fence at the animal shelter.
From that moment we connected into one.
She was always there by my side, not judging, just loving.
I would shake the foundations of Earth for her.
Babe was special.
Special in the way a child is to their parent.
Life is hard and so is parting.
As Babe transitions, she will once again chase her squirrels and play fetch the stick with Vernon, who is waiting for her after all these many years.
I know she will be cared for and loved by those who have crossed over before hand.
Babe is one of a kind and has no equal.
May she be with me till the end of time……………………….
My Sweetness,
How I Love You~
Apart Only In Time!
Till Our Paths,
Mesh once More…
Love,
Bill ~ Daddy |
